Best Android Multiplayer Games
Asphalt 8: Airborne

Why this game is superior [best android multiplayer games] than other racing games? It’s because of the stunning graphics and pleasant control of the cars. Asphalt 8: Airborne has massive a collection of cars of varying class that you can play with and the visuals will blow your mind. The sheer joy of speed and momentum, smooth controls, and the massive amount of contents make it reach on top of any list of games for Android. As a hardcore gamer myself Asphalt 8:Airborne has been a must have alternative for racing game for me whenever I am not near my Desktop for the last years.
Asphalt 8: Airborne has a pretty long single player game-play with 8 seasons of increasing difficulty, using different classes of cars. The total numbers of race tracks available in different seasons is quite staggering. There are 15 location with 37 race tracks. But as you progress through single-player play-through the tracks becomes so familiar that you will learn every corner of the track. Winning races all come together at better cars and upgrades.

The multiplayer races in our view is balanced because the racers are aggregated based on the car class you have and the number of upgrades you have put in. So if you are running an S class car with full upgrade, you are more likely to face the same type of cars as opposition. What grabbed our attention is the interesting design of the multiplayer tracks. Some maps has some huge shortcuts or jumps and some has teleport portals in specific locations! Without exploiting these winning races are completely impossible.
All in all, our verdict is that for racing game which provides all Asphalt 8: Airborne is perfect for that. But if you are looking for more realistically complex control on the track, Asphalt 8: Airborne do not intend to fulfill that. It is designed to be simple and fun and thats why on our list ofbest android multiplayer games. And that’s what you will get.
Vainglory

After a huge success on iOS Super Evil Megacorp finally released the android version of Vainglory on 2nd July 2015. As a MOBA lover I was really excited to try this on my Android tablet. If you are a League of Legend player like me or if you play Dota or Dota 2, you will see that these games feature 3 lanes and a jungle for ganking the lanes. Now Vainglory is not the only moba at this moment for Android.
But what makes Vainglory better [than others and listed on our list best android multiplayer games] than other Moba for Android is that it’s scaled down by one-third not scaled back like other mobas. What it means is that, Vainglory features only one lane and a jungle filled with objectives. This makes the early jungling phase as important as the laning phase, because some of the objectives in jungle increases gold income of the team or sometimes even change the game’s outcome completely.

While playing Vainglory the first thing I noticed is the beautifully designed environment. The map designing is carefully accomplished and the objectives are placed strategically. From beginning of the match to the end it takes about 15-20 minutes, mostly because one team snow balls out of control after 10-12 min. Some heroes are not balanced properly and does a ridiculous amount of damages after getting couple of items. But like other mobas on PC, Vainglory is being patched regularly. So hopefully the game will be more balanced in future.
Like other Mobas communication with your teammate is the key to winning. But unfortunately vainglory does not have an integrated chat system. So you will have to rely on the mini-map or the pings that does not clarify the meaning properly. Often times the announcer will say that someone has been killed but whom it does not say. Making it very difficult to understand who’s yet alive, the hunter or the hunted!
Clash of Clans

I personally don’t like this game. Constructing some buildings and then waiting for 2-3 days is not my thing. For me clash of clan is a slow-paced game, does not require skills and it’s not much exciting as like the other games.
But for multiplayer gaming Clash of clan is perfect for the touch based control and is one of the best android multiplayer games. If you are a strategic gamer, Clash of clan has tons of it, while the mechanics behind it are quite simple to follow. You design your own Town with Town Hall, Resource storage and protect these buildings with defensive structures.
The AI of the troupes are frustrating sometimes as they will simply ignore the fact that they are being fired by a cannon and keep looting from the building instead. Although this probably is intended to be like this because Clash of Clan does has options of many different types of soldiers with different mechanics. Such as wall-breaker will immediately run to the nearest wall with a bomb that does high damage only to the walls and Giant that prioritize defensive buildings. You decide where and when you will release these soldiers depending on your understanding of the enemy base, making it very addicting to the real-time strategic gamer.

Clash of clan is not hard at all to play. But even if you are quite good at strategy games, in the end this game all comes to in-game purchase for resources. Because resource is everything in this game, the developers tried to exploit it in many cases. At one point of your playthrough you will either be forced to buy gems with real money or be extremely lucky in battles to go forward in the campaign.
The main reason why clash of clan is becoming more and more popular is mainly because of its large player base. You can join clans and get Air troupes from friends, making it an engaging campaign with friends. The enemy cannot attack you while you are online. When you do go offline without any shields, if enemy attacks your town, you can replay their attacks to find out the weakness of your design and start designing again!
Clash of Clan is a great time killer, which does not require you to be skilled but patient and persistent. And once your Town hall is around level 5-6 you are already addicted to it!
